| Both Scott and Lou are available to give lessons by appointment on a flexible basis. Contact us to schedule an hour, two hours or half day depending on what you feel you need and we'd be happy to work around the dates and times you have available. We have experienced lesson horses for you to use in our arena or on our Cowboy Challenge course so don't worry if you don't have your own horse or if you'd like to ride one of ours here first to build your own confidence. You might want to leave your horse with us for some top-up training or to be started the right way from scratch. Either way, our approach is common sense and we'll cover all the bases to help make them a well-rounded and responsive animal. Buck Brannaman might have put it best, that a "yeah, but" horse will just get you in trouble. If you can catch your horse but only when you have a feed can or if you can stop him but only by turning in a tight circle, you might be surprised how quickly we can show you a solution. If you have issues with trailering, mounting, collection or just a good whoa, let us help you to help your horse through it. |
